Power BI automatically logging off
Hello,
I have a setup where my Power BI dashboards need to run continuously, but I'm encountering an issue where the sessions automatically log off after a few hours. This is disrupting the continuous monitoring and reporting that I require.
Here are a few specifics of my setup:
- Power BI Service: Using the Power BI service for dashboard hosting.
- Environment: Dashboards are displayed on a dedicated monitor for constant visibility.
- Refresh Frequency: Dashboards are set to refresh automatically every 20 minutes with the power BI premium license.
Given that the issue is not due to inactivity, I am looking for ways to ensure that the Power BI sessions remain active 24/7 without automatic log-offs. Are there specific settings, configurations, or best practices that I might be overlooking?
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,

Hi benmartens ,
Use Microsoft edge for displaying your reports and dashboards that is what our user doing in his manufacturing plant.Even embedding reports in PPT will be blank after few hours as per the details I have from our user.
Thanks,
