Power BI alert on Data Set

Is there any way I can set an alert on card when count on the visual increases by 1. We have a counter on the entity which is not expected to increment very frequently, frequency can be 4 to 5 or may be 1 in a week time. And when it does, we need to take and immediate action. So we want to set and alert on that visual, so we can send email to the concerned person when the alert is triggered. By my tests, we may have no good ways to set the Alert on card when count on the visual increases by 1. 

Your idea is good, you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas Forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

In addition, you could vote the two similar ideas trigger alert when data changes and alert which have been submitted before.
