Power BI alert on Data Set

Is there any way I can set an alert on card when count on the visual increases by 1. We have a counter on the entity which is not expected to increment very frequently, frequency can be 4 to 5 or may be 1 in a week time. And when it does, we need to take and immediate action. So we want to set and alert on that visual, so we can send email to the concerned person when the alert is triggered.
