Hi There,
I am trying to set up a Power BI subscription with the full report as an attachment.
Within our tenant I am the only user with Power BI Premium, and the workspace that I have created is a Premium workspace and the I am using the new workspace experience.
I know that my users won't be able to view the report unless they have Premium licences although thought I could set up the subscription so that they would receive the full report as a PDF attachment.
Are there limitations with Power BI Premium per user licencing? Am I missing something obvious? Any help with this would be appreciated

I was being very impatient. This now works as expected. I guess there was a delay in everything being provisioned as expected. Thank you all for your responses
Hi @LostHighway72,
Subscribed users receive report attachments with data based on your permissions.
It works well in my enviroment.
Could you provide more details about your issue?

Thanks for your response, however I am having issues creating a full report attachment. The key question is does the Premium per user licence give you that capability.
If your workspace is using Premium Capacity then your users wouldn't be obliged to have a license to view you report.
However for them to see your report it is better to Publish your report in a a new workspace (Not My workspace) and then Publish the workspace to an App workspace. from there give permission to who ever...
