Power BI - Subscription/Email with PDF Attachment
Dear Team,
Could you let me know if there is way we could have Power BI execute a report and send it to users via email, where report is attached as a PDF.
As of now, subscription feature appears to just send it as image in email body.
Objective trying to meet is to have one Power BI report sent out to individual customers (like Report Bursting) in the form of a PDF.

Users can set up an email subscription for dashboard or report following the guide in this article, Power BI will email a snapshot of the dashboard/report to users' inbox based on the schedule that users set, but PDF format is not possible for now.
For your requirement, you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner .
By the way: If BI Helper could fit your requirement.

It looks like it might be a possiblity sometime this month to setup a subscription to send as PDF & PPTX file formats with up to 50 pages.
That's a long awaited feature - will be good to have it, esp for Pro users. Would love to see how it works in the report bursting context - with multiple filters and slicers applied.

You can automate the PDF generation and emailing (user-specific, with slicers and filters applied) using BI Helper https://bihelper.tech. You only need one Power BI Pro license and there is no restriction on your users being outside your domain (vendors, clients).
