Power BI Subscribe Issues

Hi MS team,

I use P.BI Pro. I have access to a company's dashboard publish on the web. I want to subscribe to this dashboard to receive a frequent email with the snapshot that I want to view.

But I encountered two problems as below:

I only have 1 option "Link to dashboard in Power BI" rather than 3 options stated in this link. Therefore I have no option to chose what page I will receive as a snapshot

P.BI auto sends me a full snapshot of the whole dashboard but there is no number in it. Error as below
How can I fix these issues?

Hi, @ duylam123

Based on the information you provided, we found that you only have view access in the workspace where the report is located.

That's why you only have one option "Link to dashboard in Power BI".

We recommend that you ask the Admin of the workspace to assign you a role with edit permission here.

As for the issue，please check it after you have the edit permission. If it still doesn't work, you can refer to the following link to see the relevant limitations on subscriptions

As stated in the MS doc it says- 

The screen with the three options appear when you're on a report page and select Subscribe.

The screen with less options appear when you're on a dashboard and select Subscribe.

I subscribed on the web, not on the app. 

Not sure why I only have 1 option. How about the screenshot that BI send via email, there is no chart/table in it, just the tittle.
