    Hi Alice-Jen ,

Do you have your account set up for a photo?

I encountered the same issue as you in my testing.

This API request is used to request the photo for your account.

If your account does not have a photo setup, you will encounter this error.

Upload a photo for the account to resolve this issue.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

  • Hi. It looks like you are not using power bi service. But I might be wrong. Can you share what is your objetive or what do you want? Is Power Bi Service failing? are you coding something else?

If you are using a third party tool like an ISV for embedding power bi, then you should talk with the tool support.

    Regards

      Hi Dengliang,

      Thanks for your reply!
Yes, I didn't set the photo on my microsoft account. After I uploaded a photo for the account , this issue had been solved.  But I think it still is a bug, right? Many users don't have photo on their account. Microsoft Fabric should fix this bug I think.
