This is a great reference. Thank you. But it doesn't look like it's what I need. I need a way to access an external (or "fake") customers Power BI Service through my utility. The utility works great on my companies organizational Workspaces. I now need to figure out a way to test my utility by authenticating against an external organizational Workspace. 

That's why I was wondering if there is a way to temporarily create a Power BI Service account with Workspaces, that isn't within my organizations ecosystem. 

Thank you. 🙂 I also have my IT team working on it. They are looking into if they are able to do something like this, I figured I'd ask here since you all are a lot more involved and knowledgeable when it comes to the Power BI Service.
