Power BI Service - Schedule refresh
Hello,
I have BI Dashboard with three different sharepoint file dataset. I published to a workspace and scheduled to refresh by monthly once. But the data is not been changing though refresh history shows refreshed.
And I am manually refreshing in power bi desktop and publishing it again.
could you please help me on this issue?

I'm sorry, but I have difficulty understanding the information you provide, mainly because
- a Power BI report file is published to a workspace, not a Dashboard
- a dashboard is created inside the service based on visuals from one or more reports in the same workspace
- a dataset refresh can only be configured daily/weekly
Please, provide more information about
- what is "with three different sharepoint file", do these three files form a single dataset in a single Power B report
- did you authenticate after publishing the Power BI file to the workspace

sorry for the confusion.
I created a report using 3 different excel from sharepoint folder as data source which will use for sales report.
I published this report to one of my workspace. I agree from you that I scheduled the refresh weekly once on Wednesday 8AM UTC.
It shows refresh online but new data is not been visible. So I will open pbix file and refresh it using refresh option when I select 3 dots on tables on right pane in desktop version then I will publish.my worry is why it is not showing the recent data though it shows refreshed.

Hello - for the Excel files that are in Sharepoint, which connector did you use in Power BI Desktop when you created the model?
