Power BI Service Refresh took more than expected time

I have one issue where the refresh usually starts at 7 p.m. and ends at 7:15 p.m. or earlier.   But suddenly there was a change it started as usually 7:01 p.m. but ended it on 9:00 p.m..    I wan...

Hi Kasunpathirana,

 

There are many factors may affect the refresh time, such as your large dataset or the network.

 

Is your dataset online source?

    Thanks v-piga-msft for the reply. 

     

    Dataset is not so large doesn't take much time 2-3 minutes to refresh if refresh manually. 

     

    I'm using a gateway to connect to the SQL datasource. 

     

    Can help me to tell what could be the possible reasons in this case.
