    Hi Anjan,

     

    Thank you for checking in. The issue resolved itself after about two days, and all my reports are now refreshing as expected. No support ticket was raised.

What to check after looking the error:

1) Gateway temp directory

  • Check where Microsoft.PowerBI.EnterpriseGateway.exe is writing temp files

  • Make sure it’s on:

    • fast local SSD

    • not a network drive

    • not a system disk under pressure

 

2) Disk I/O during refresh

  • Monitor:

    • Disk queue length

    • Read/write latency

  • If disk spikes during refresh → that’s your bottleneck

Tried your solution. Same issue 

 

Is this causing the problem:
