Power BI Service Refresh Errors

Hi There,

Facing a major issue in our Power BI Service right now. Currently none of our client dashboards will refresh, we just get the error "InvalidConnectionCredentials" even though we have confirmed the same credentials still work to connect to Azure and MySql and this was working just fine on June 30th and nothing has changed since then. I am also still able to connect in my desktop file and refresh. 

We figured this may be a gateway issue so I have uninstalled and reinstalled the gateway. Reset the recovery keys. Updated the cedentials in the database connections within Power BI Service and even installed a fresh gateway on a brand new server with a new name, every instance throws the same error. I saw an old thread stating that this was a known issue in Power BI back in 2022 when using Azure DevOps. Is this issue back?! At this point it seems there's nothing we can do to rectify this aside from reconnecting every single database via desktop and republishing everyday just to get refreshed data.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!
