Issue: Scrollbar not visible / cannot scroll the Personalization (column explorer) pane after recent update.
Severity: (pick) High if blocking users, Medium if workaround exists
Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to Power BI Service (https://app.powerbi.com) using Chrome (or Edge) on Windows.
2. Open report
3. Click a visual → click the three dots → choose 'Personalize visual' (or open the Personalization/Column Explorer pane).
4. Attempt to scroll the pane using the scrollbar (or mouse wheel). The scrollbar is not visible / pane does not allow scrolling.
Observed result:
- No visible scrollbar (or scrollbar hides), cannot reach columns below.
Expected result:
- Visible and usable vertical scrollbar that lets me navigate the personalization/column list.

Hi @AmitSrivastava,
This might just be a temporary bug due to browser cache. Are you the only one facing this issue or everyone using the report?
Try opening the report in incognito mode and check if the issue persists. If everyone faces the issue even after opening in incognito, raise a ticket with MS support since this clearly seems like a feature rendering bug.

Hi @AmitSrivastava ,
Just wanted to make sure that in your power BI desktop, you have enabled the below settings.
Options and setting -- Options -- Current file -- Report setting -- Personalize visual and enable allow report readers to personalize visual to suit their needs.
After enabling the same you should be able to see the scroll as well.
🌟 I hope this solution helps you unlock your Power BI potential! If you found it helpful, click 'Mark as Solution' to guide others toward the answers they need.
