Adding service principal to personal gateway
Hello,
it is possible to add service principal to get access to personal gateway in order to get local data sources refreshed in shared network on virtual machine?

There are three types of gateways:
On-Prem data gateway,
On-Prem data gateway( personal mode),
Vnet gateway
all of them works by personal use of specific user.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
The Personal Gateway is designed for interactive and personal use by a specific user, and it is tied directly to that user's identity. It does not support service principals. As a result, service principals cannot be added as administrators or users within a Personal Gateway configuration.
There is another type called Virtual network data gateway which allows multiple users to connect to multiple data sources secured using virtual networks. No installation is required because it's a Microsoft managed service. This gateway is well-suited to complex scenarios where multiple people access multiple data sources.
