Power BI Service Auto-Refresh Failing

I'm fairly sure it's setup correctly because I got it to work initially. This problem occurred at some point after publishing a change to the report via the desktop app. Could it be a problem related to power query or dax?
When I click the refresh button it just spins for a while and then shows a little triangle with the warning message below...
Data source error: One or more errors occurred.;One or more errors occurred.
The specified package is invalid. The main part is missing.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: ECL_Facts.

Thanks Christine, I've been through this thread and couldn't see a solution... I've checked the data files and they are definitely in standard format.
