Power BI Scheduled Refresh and Semantic Model refresh issues

Hi,

I have a Power BI report with data from excel files stored on Teams. Power BI also has some Power Query transformations in the data that are run. If I refresh the data through the desk top app and publish it, the data gets refreshed. But if I manually refresh it through the semantic model or a scheduled refresh is run, then something goes wrong and:

2 cards have a blank result

1 clustered column chart is blank

1 donut chart is blank

The gauges, clustered bar chart and various tables are working as expected.

There a few data sources, the visualisations that aren't working all have one data source in common, but a working table also sources it's data from this table. But this table doesn't use filters on a column added through power query. Could this be the source of the issue? If not, does anyone have any suggestions what the problem might be or where to start looking?
