Power BI - Schedule Refresh Issue (Sharepoint folder)

The issue was with the data in the .xslx sheets, some data was not supporting. This error initally didnt show up in desktop. I fixed the data and published.
Now I am able to schedule refresh and it is succesful.

Hi there
You need to install the 64bit of Office or the 64bit Access Database Engine components where you have installed the On-Premise Data Gateway.

Then select the version: AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe

Thanks for the suggestion.
As suggested, I have installed 64bit of Office or the 64bit Access Database Engine components but still facing the same error.
What do you suggest?
