Power BI Report Subscription Administration

Hi,

Is there a way we can see all the subscriptions for a given report like all users who subscribed, schedule and all the last runs in power bi service?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @Perams ,

yes, that's right you need higher access for the logs as they provide a lot of information.

I think at the moment there is no easy solution. Or at least no solution that I know.

Sorry about that. You can post that as an idea. Maybe we will see that feature then in the future.

But I think at the moment there is really no easy solution.

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

Thanks @selimovd for the reply. I thought of using Audit/Activity log but the problem with that approach is "Power BI Service Administrartor" role is not sufficient for viewing those logs as the audit/activity log is not specific for power bi and more over we have to manually filter in the categories and dates to search for subscriptions activities. I was looking for a readymade solution if available in Power BI service to just do that. Looks like there is no easy way to do this in the service at this point of time.

Hey @Perams ,

I don't remember that there is an API for that.

The only way I know is from the audit and activity logs:

Track user activities in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
