yes, that's right you need higher access for the logs as they provide a lot of information.
I think at the moment there is no easy solution. Or at least no solution that I know.
Sorry about that. You can post that as an idea. Maybe we will see that feature then in the future.

Thanks selimovd for the reply. I thought of using Audit/Activity log but the problem with that approach is "Power BI Service Administrartor" role is not sufficient for viewing those logs as the audit/activity log is not specific for power bi and more over we have to manually filter in the categories and dates to search for subscriptions activities. I was looking for a readymade solution if available in Power BI service to just do that. Looks like there is no easy way to do this in the service at this point of time.
