Helper IIPower BI Pro Test back to BI Free user
viferenc I'm not aware of a way to downgrade, can I ask why you would want to revert to a free account when you get the Pro features for a year?
Helper III have problem with my shared files. Now all users have to upgrade their account to PRO to be able to open my shared files.
This I would like to avoid because for them it has a monthly fee.
Or there any possibily that I can stay in Pro and with the free account they can open my shared files.

viferenc Shared files? If you mean shared dashboards, then that is a change to the licensing model as of June 1st. You can no longer share anything with the "Free" license. It wouldn't matter if you changed back...

sorry, yes, shared dashboard.
As I understand from your answer. To share a dashboard now it is only possible with the Power BI Pro account.
In the free version sharing is not possible any more.
Not a good news, because this was a big benefit from this BI tool.
