Power BI Pro Subscription Showing as Free Version

Hi NokYau ,

 

As dharmendars007 has suggested, first try logging out and then login to the account. If the issue still persists, then you might have enabled trial capacity. Please check the top right corner over your profile pic, if it shows trial ends in few days. Here you can cancel you trial, for making the pro subscription active. 

Please ensure you have been granted Power BI Pro license before ending the trial subscription.

    I cancelled the trial as suggested, but the top right corner still shows that is a Free account.

      Hello, did you solve the issue? I've also paid for Premium, since 2-3 month but also cancelled capacity trial but still showing Free Trial.
