For the license requirements through SharePoint is that every user who wants to view the Power BI Reports through SharePoint will require a Power BI Pro license.

If it is on another email address, and it is all under your workspace, you will have to download all the PBIX files and then re-upload them again.
I would suggest not using My Workspace for the deployment of reports, but rather use App Workspaces within your organization. This would allow you to simply add the new email address as an Admin to an existing App Workspace.

I am having Pro trial account and organization account with same email address. Now , what should I do to join my organization account, by cancelling free trial.
Not only in My Workspace, I am having other workspaces which I created.

If you have got a pro license then your Office 365 Admin should assign the Power BI Pro License to your account.
Once that is done you should log out and log back into Power BI and you should be ready to go with the Trial now removed.My Office 365 Admin assigned the Power BI Pro License to my account. I logout from my account and signed in a Private browser. Still I am getting Pro Trial account on top.
