Hi,

I've got notification to get 1 year trial bcs I'm eligible for this offer. I clicked on 'Active' now button. But my office network (LAN) blocked that page. I assume the upgrading process is failed. Then, I looked back at the Notifications area to try upgrading again, but there's nothing show on that area. Then, they're now offering me only 60-days trial.

How can this happen? Someone please assist this issue.

Hi amirahilmi,

Some user reported they can see the invitation into the notification center but only with Chrome (not IE). Could you try Chrome to see if the invitation shows up?

Previously, there a language issue on Power BI service language settings (use to not work in Chinese and may be other language) but should have been fixed yesterday.

If you still cannot see the invitation in the notification center, could you please provide me your Power BI accounts by sending me a private message? :smileyhappy:
