Power BI Portal - Beautiful Real Time Tiles

Hi guys,

 

Power BI is incredible powerful and the real time component is great. Unfortunately, Power BI can not pin a whole report using the pin live page option as it is stated in the documenatry:

  • Pinning an entire report using the pin live page option will not result in the data automatically being updated.

I am able to pin single tiles but unfortunately they look quite ugly. For example I am not able to center the title nor I am able to make a custom border or similar.

 

Especially as it is a showcase which will be shown to many people, the tiles should look as great as the report does.

 

Is there any workaround or similar how to resolve that issue ?

    I would suggest you to embed the streaming tile with "push datasets" to a third-party app which can be decided by your self. Please refer to embed token in rest api: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/embedtoken
