Power BI Login with Authenticator

When I created this account, I connected it with Microsoft Authenticator on my phone. However, after some time, due to a request from the client, they also wanted to log into this account to edit the dashboard, so I removed the link between this account and Microsoft Authenticator on my phone. But now, when logging into Power BI with the account, sometimes Power BI requires verification with a number from Microsoft Authenticator when my client logs in from Japan, and sometimes it does not require it when logging in from Vietnam. I am not sure how to handle this situation. Could you please help me understand what's really going on. Thank you in advance!

    Hi GCUBE ,

Your organization might have conditional access policies set up in Microsoft Entra that require MFA under certain conditions, such as when logging in from a new or unrecognized device, or from certain geographic locations. You can refer to:What is Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID? - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn

    Hope it helps!
