Power BI F-SKU Capacity
Hi,
I am confused with the licensing F64 licensing capabilities. So does the consumer able to view report in the Power BI mobile app even without embedding service?

Hi. Fabric SKU capacities is a new license that allows new type of content inside a workspace. For example, pipelines or notebooks. When the F SKU is 64 or higher it has the same benefits as Premium P1 for Power Bi content like sharing reports with free users.
Power Bi Mobile app is an app that allows to read power bi content at a workspace. So if you have reports at a workspace with the logged account, you can visual in there. That's something that doesn't depend on the license, you can do it with any license. The app allows viewing reports like logging in at app.powerbi.com
I don't think I understand the embedding service part.
