Good morning,
I have a client who has requested that to connect to their Power BI reports, they'd like to access using Azure VPN.
Are there any settings in the Admin Portal that would help with this? How would I go about setting this up?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @sba_ur,
Checking in to see if your issue has been resolved. let us know if you still need any assistance.
Thank you.
They are part of a workspace. They mentioned that they to access their Power BI reports, they used to require connecting to Azure VPN. However, they reached out recently asking if something was changed recently because they no longer need to connect to Azure VPN to load their reports. I am unsure how to troubleshoot this or fix it. Any ideas would be helpful. From what I understand is that the workspace admins can configure the connections to VNet. Report access is through Entra ID and goes through VNet gateway.
Hi @sba_ur
If they cannot access it directly from the web, what this means potentially is that the workspace that they are using is allowed to access the public Internet. This can be configured by the network admin, so you would need to chat to the network admin to understand how they are connecting.

Hi @sba_ur
Could you please give some more examples when you say they would like to access their report using the Azure VPN, is this them accessing your reports or you accessing their reports?
