Helper IIIPower BI Conditional Access to CRM Dynamics
Hi Guys;
I would like to help me to know if exist some option to disabled the access and get data from Power BI Desktop to CRM Dynamics. The idea is limit the access to some users get not connect and extract data to PBI and create reports, but this users can access and work normally in CRM dynamics portal.
I only need block the access to CRM Dynamics when the user try to connect from Power BI.
I was reading about Azure Conditional Access, but i don´t found a similar option that i can apply in my need.

Hi RicLup,
The one way is to create AAD/Office group for users which can access to CRM Dynamics, add Contacts to those groups, and create roles in PBI desktop file accordingly.

RicLupThank you for the answer v-xulin-mstf, the situation is for developers not to users, The RLS can works to users that only need view reports, no problem with the viewers.
My problem is any people with CRM access credentials, can create reports in PBI Desktop and share them, in the company we need to apply some restrictions, because we need official reports created by authorized developers.
