Power BI - App in Premium Service not validating users

We have created Power BI Apps in our premium service where we invite outside organization to use the "dashboard" .  This has worked flawless for over 3 years.  With the recent update to Edge and Chrome the ability to authenicate the user is no longer working and is "trapped" in an endless loop.

Has anyone seen this behavior or know what is causing it?
