Power BI Activity Log Processing Data in Other Regions

There is a note in this page (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/) that "When accessing Power BI REST API, your request and response content and data may be processed by data centers in regions other than the home region of your Power BI tenant."

 

Is there any way to avoid this and keep the data in our regional data center?

    Hi jhuelman 

     

    What I understand by this is that your data is still in your regional area, just that it might route it via another location on the way to you. And when routing I would be fairly confident that it does not store any data when routing.
