Hello,
I could not solve this. but using ODBC Driver and VPN Connection it works. So solution is to make some virtual machine on which gateway will run basically. I don't know any other way

Providing you a few points which might assist you in resolving the error :
1.Ensure that the On-Premises Data Gateway is configured properly and verify that the gateway is up and running.
2.In Power BI Desktop, go to Transform Data > Data Source Settings and check the credentials, server name, and database name details that are entered correctly in Power BI Service.
3.Update the Gateway to the latest version.
4.Ckeck if there are any firewall or network issues preventing Power BI Service from accessing your PostgreSQL database.
If this post helps, please give us Kudos and consider Accept it as a solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
it automatically selects Cloud Connection
I also use VPN to connect via Power BI Desktop, but it should not matter with cloud yes?
but it writes me this.
I use same credentials in my power bi desktop and it works
Where did you install it? On all gateway cluster members?
I just install it. what i should do different?
Downloaded
and installed . then did this
with this steps. but Power BI Still writes this:
@lbendlin @Anonymous
We used the regular 4.0.9 driver from the Power BI Desktop. I would recommend you do the same.
From where i can install that version?
you borrow it from the desktop install.
Copy the npgsql files from
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\bin\ADO.NET Providers
(on the desktop)
to
C:\Program Files\On-premises data gateway\m\ADO.NET Providers
on each of the gateway cluster members
I have no C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\
You have that on your PC, not on the gateway VMs.
