When using pipeline feature, and moving a report from development environment to testing, custom visuals (in my case chiclet slicer) seems to be missed during the deployment.Anyone facing the same issue?

Seems to be fixed in the August 2022 release, I am not facing again the issue.

You mentioned move a report to to testing environment , what is the specific operation? I deployed the workspace from development to test , the report in test environment displayed normally .

  The operation is like you show in the screenshot, moving a report across the different workspaces of the pipeline and the outcome is that custom visuals are broken.
  The only way of fixing this is to publish the pbix file directly onto development and test environments.

Does this only happen with Custom Visuals(including chiclet slicer) ? Can some Desktop fixed visuals be properly deployed to the TEST environment ? Can the chiclet slicer display normally in Development environment ?

Maybe you can try to republish the report to Development environment and then deploy it to TEST environment again .
