Pin Static Tiles

Is it possible to pin a page as a dashboard tile that does not incorporate the live feature? I want to post a few tiles of the same page, with each tile filtered differently. However, once I change the filters in the report, the dashboard tiles are automatically updated. resulting in one single view of the page tile available.

I tried this by pinning at the visual level instead of the page level, but then I lost the scroll features which I need because of the size of the table I'm posting.

@JasonKL There is only pin the "live" page. You could expand the size of the dashboard tile down, but it sounds like that might be absurd depending on how large it is. But I'm not aware of any option that would allow you to do this.
