Pin Live Page Unresponsive

For the past couple of weeks I have been unable to pin a live page to a dashboard. The web page becomes unresponsive as soon as I select "Pin Live". The issue occurs accross multiple reports and happ...

    Hi EP1 ,

     

    Please try to clear the cache and cookies can help resolve any temporary issues that may be causing the page to become unresponsive.

    You may also try using a different browser and check for any custom visuals on your live page.

    If it is still existed, please be free to provide more details.

I'm sure I tried clearing the cache and cookies... Well it worked now, thanks!
