Password protect reports for external view

Hi there,   Is there a way to password protect reports when wanting to share to public users (non powerBI users?). I can't seem to see anything in the publishing options that would allow for this. ...

    Thanks Greg_Deckler but my question is to share with people who don't have a PowerBI license. 

     

    I'm aware we can publish to web and anyone can view via the link, but this isn't secure. Ideally, we could password protect that public link.

You can share with any email address. They just need to have a Power BI Pro license unless you have Premium or Embedded capacity. If you use Publish to Web, anyone with the link can access it.

    Anonymous - I understand what you are asking and you cannot do that.
