Hello,
In my old Power BI reports, I used a visual called ParaTimeLine (you can see its icon below). But now, when I try to import it into my new report, it is no longer available in the marketplace.
I also sent an email to the developers, but I haven't received a reply. Additionally, when I click on the product link, I get a '404 Not Found' error page.

I really need this visual. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello @Samsha20,
It appears that the ParaTimeLine custom visual is no longer available in Microsoft AppSource. If the publisher removed or unpublished it, it will not show up in the marketplace and links to the product page may return a 404.
If you still need to use it, you can try the following:
Copy from an existing PBIX – If you have an older report that already contains the ParaTimeLine visual, open it and copy the visual into your new report. Power BI will carry the visual with the file.
Import the .pbiviz file – If you or your team previously downloaded the visual, you can import it using Visualizations → … → Import from file.
Look for alternatives – If the visual is no longer maintained by the publisher (Paradigm BI), you may need to consider similar timeline/slicer visuals available in AppSource.
If the visual is important for your reports, I recommend exporting or keeping a copy of the .pbiviz from an existing report for future use.
