Data agent availability

The downstream users are running into this. But as an uthor I can consume it. Why does it happen and what needs to happen to make sur ethe report consumers can access it?

As per this  6:26-6:40, I should be able to share with others whoch can start consuming it. BTW, I am not tenant admin.

    Hi smpa01 ,

    Make sure the "Enable for entire organization" option is selected. If access is restricted to specific security groups, verify that the user is a member of the required security group. Otherwise, the user won't be able to access or use the Data Agent.
