Paginated report issue

Hi,


today one of our paginated reports suddenly stopped working. It gave an error saying something along the lines that the account currently logged in as doesn't have access to the SharePoint list. Yes, the paginated report uses a SharePoint list as its data source. I checked the members of that SharePoint list and the account is a member of it.

 

its bizarre because this report has been working fine all the time. 

any ideas?

    • Open the paginated report

    • Go to Data Sources

    • Re-enter credentials for the SharePoint list

    • Save and re-deploy

    If using a gateway, confirm the gateway service account has list access

    Hi mp390988 

     

    What could have possibly happened is that the users password has expired and that is why it is giving you the error. If you can, please check with the user and their account if the password has changed.
