Hi!
I'm running into the error below when opening paginated reports that are uploaded to the PBI Service workspace. For background, these reports were running correctly a few days ago and haven't been changed in any way. Has anyone run into this issue before?
Thanks!

Morning @Anonymous, the issue was identified an internal issue with my company's network settings. If anyone else runs into a similar issue, I think it would be best to reach out to your Power BI admin and network admin to troubleshoot.
Thanks for the response! I did some additional testing and I found out that I can properly load the reports using my personal wifi, but not on my company's network. I'm assuming a browser setting needs changed?
Thanks!

Hi @C_PriceOH ,
I think you can't access it on the corporate network because sometimes the corporate network doesn't have the permissions needed to access the Power BI service URL, and corporate firewalls or proxy servers may block access to certain sites.
Although you mentioned that browser settings might need to be changed, it’s more likely related to network access. However, it doesn’t hurt to clear your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing the reports using a different browser to rule out any browser-specific issues.

Hi @C_PriceOH ,
Based on your problem, I think you can simply refreshing the browser can re-establish the connection. Also you can clear browser cookies, add rs:Command=ClearSession parameter at the end of your report URL to clear the session.
You need to make sure that keep your Power BI Service and related tools up to date to avoid such issues. This topic and document may help you: Paginated reports in Power BI: FAQ - Power BI | Microsoft Learn and Solved: Error on Service when using Paginated reports - Microsoft Fabric Community
