Hi!
One of my app users is encountering the following error when trying to open an app with paginated reports in it:
What's interesting is that the user does have a Power BI Pro license and is able to open a different app with regular reports in it. Also, they are able to open the individual reports (Read permissions were provided in the reports' Manage permissions tab, too), but not the app.
Any suggestions or ideas?
Thank you!
Hi @irynad ,
Please check the capacity type of the workspace. If the workspace is a Premium Per User (PPU) workspace, the user will need a Premium Per User (PPU) license.
If the problem is only occurring with specific apps, it's worth checking whether clearing the browser cache or switching to a different browser resolves the issue, as browser sessions can sometimes cause problems. Please Ask the user to clear their browser cache or try accessing the app from a different browser or in Incognito/Private mode.
Best Regards,
Bof
