Page background image not showing

Hi there,

we recently noticed that the page background image of our reports on PowerBi online are not showing anymore, even though I can still see the name of the png file in the format part of my page.

Nothing has been updated on our end.

We tried to play with the selection pane, the transparencey, the image fit option but nothing worked.

We could updated all the reports but we have a large amount of them plus we are not this won't happen again in the near future.

Can anyone please help us on this?

Thanks,

Sam

Hmm, not seeing that issue. Are you setting the Page Background or the Wallpaper? I'm using Page Background and have it set to using a jpg image. Using the "Fit" option. I'll see if I can find one that uses a png image.

I am setting the page background. Which is akward is that on one report (on a workspace) the same png file is visible but on another workspace app it is not.  I dowloaded both pbix files (saved as zip), on the one showing the background I can find the png file in MyReport/StaticResources/RegisteredResources on the othe one there is no such folder.

It seems that the file has been corrupted for some reason but i can't figure it out why.
