PPUInformationNotAllowedForPremiumCaller: Premium caller trying to read premium per user information

I believe a colleague activated something or some trial in fabric and I hae been getting a new refresh error with my dataflows. The flows were refreshing without problem.  I also can refresh manually in desktop with no error.

 

The error is PPUInformationNotAllowedForPremiumCaller: Premium caller trying to read premium per user information.. Error = Premium caller trying to read premium per user information.

My colleague accidentally activated Fabric on our PPU workspace. To resolve, he cancelled the trial, and I updated the workspace settings back to premium per user.
