I believe a colleague activated something or some trial in fabric and I hae been getting a new refresh error with my dataflows. The flows were refreshing without problem. I also can refresh manually...
My colleague accidentally activated Fabric on our PPU workspace. To resolve, he cancelled the trial, and I updated the workspace settings back to premium per user.
