POWER BI DATASETS

Hello, I'd like to know how can I export the dataset from these dashboards available here on Power BI

  • Hello cynthialorena   export a dataset from Power BI depends mainly on how the report was published and the level of access you have.

If you have higher permissions, such as Build access to the semantic model, you can connect to the dataset using Power BI Desktop. This enables you to reuse the dataset and extract data for further analysis.

Downloading the full dataset or PBIX file is only possible when the report owner has allowed it. In that case, a download option will appear in the workspace. Otherwise, it is restricted for security reasons.
If you are viewing a report through a public link or an embedded website, it is generally not possible to export the full dataset, as access is limited to viewing only.
