PDF isnt exporting correctly

I am trying to export a PDF of a dashboard and when i do, it exports it as something else and i cant seem to open it. It was working the last time i tried this.

    Hi , analyst312 

    Not clear what happened. I can't reproduce your issue.It works well in my test and  the pdf file can be opened normally.

     

     

    Please make sure that when you save the pdf, the saved file name does not contain illegal characters and The suffix is .pdf

    In addition ,try other browsers  to export the PDF.

     

    If the problem still unsolved ,it is suggest you create a support ticket to investigate the issue. Once you create a support ticket, please share the same here for reference.
