PBI Landing Page is a Premium Workspace and not "Home"

Hi everyone, a colleague of mine has Pro License but is unable to save any dashboard to favorite from the Home landing page. There is no error message just nothing happens when clicking the favorite star.  Upon comparison, his home is actually the name of a Premium Workspace (unlike mine where it says Home, see below).

 

What would be the cause of this issue?

Hi @TRADER083 

 

Could you ask your user to check with your Power BI Admin if this setting has been changed as shown below?

Thanks @GilbertQ I will check tomorrow. Do you know how does this setting disable the user's personal Home landing page?

I am thinking it might be the reason it is not working for that user.
