Organization Level Access - Power BI Premium App

Hello-

  When publishing a Power BI Premium app, there is the option to select "Organization" or manual email addresses/active directory groups.  Does Organization level access take everyone in your company's outlook directory into account?

In classic workspaces: everyone in your organization, specific people, or Azure Active Directory (AAD) security groups.

In the new experience workspaces: specific people, AAD security groups and distribution lists, and Office 365 Groups. All workspace users are automatically given access to the app for the workspace.

That isn't really what I meant.  I am trying to figure out what the word "Organization" refers to.

"Organization" refers to users who are under the same tenant as you.
