Hi all,
I recently updated our Gateway software to the most recent version and found that the Oracle connector no longer works. All the other connectors were working fine. We rolled the gateway server back to the previous configuration and everything started working again.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with the recent gateway update? A lot of the business reports run from Oracle databases so this is quite a problem for us and I don't want to start messing around with updating the connector since in my experience the most recent ones don't actually work.
David
Never faced with such an issue until today.
Oracle Client is installed on Gateway VM and with every update of Gateway version it works fine.
Maybe you can update your Oracle Client on your Gateway VM?
A new version came out to yesterday, test it out

However uninstall the previous version first.
