Operation returned an invalid status code '421'

Encountering exception in GenerateTokenInGroup and this is only happening from AustraliaEast and working as expected from EastAsia and CentralUs

var generateTokenRequestParameters = new GenerateTokenRequest(accessLevel: "view");
var tokenResponse = client.Reports.GenerateTokenInGroup(groupId, reportId, generateTokenRequestParameters);

I am wondering what's wrong. It's the same code that is working from 2 data centers and not from the other. Anyone who has encountered this exception: Operation returned an invalid status code '421' ?

Issue Definition: Operation returned an invalid status code '421' .

The issue occurred globally and our product team is fixing the issue at back end. We will update you once we get any updates from our product team.
