Open Report from Dashboard tile

I have published a Power BI report to the Power BI Service.  I have selected "Pin Live Page" to pin a page from my report to a dashboard.  I used to be able to click on the dashboard tile and Power BI would open the report page.  I am not able to get this functionality to work anymore.  I now have to click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Go to report" 

If anyone else has seen this happen is there a setting that needs to be turned on to allow clicking on the dashboard tile to take you to the report?
