On-premises data gateway error

Hello,

I'm trying to install a personal gateway but am getting the following error message after I enter the email address that I'm signed into powerbi.com with 

The expanded details field shows this information 

Error generating an asymmetric key.

Exception message: Keyset as registered is invalid.

I haven't seen this issue raised anywhere else. Does anyone know the cause of this issue and how I can fix it?

Thank you collinq! Yes, it appears there is a corporate gateway conflicting with this. I'm working through that with IT now. Really appreciate your help here!

HI @mspooner11 ,

I would suggest that you uninstall and re-install the personal gateway.  Also, is there security from your company on your machine that would make this inoperable?  And, I am assuming that you do have have a corporate gateway that is conflicting with your personal gateway?
